The three 'P''s addresses the three measurable elements to sustainability; Social aspect (People), Place aspect (Space) and Environmental aspect (Planet)

PEOPLE (SOCIAL) The project should address areas that relate human activity, which include walking and cycling, health, inclusive design, cultural view point

research and community engagement

PLACE (SPACE) The project should address areas that relate to the space between buildings, which include networks & districts, cultural identity, public realm, open space, adaptable environs, mixed uses, night time economy, character areas, town centre & high streets, local heritage, art, densification & intensification.

PLANET (ENVIRONMENTAL)

The third objective should address wider sustainability aspect, the project should address areas that relate to climate change, innovation and the the use of ICT, transport ordinate development (TOD), Smart cities and the use of data driven information, renewable energy and the circular economy.
