The site is located in central Moscow adjoining a historic and listed monument. The proposal shaped the context to established view corridors to the monument these corridors formed part of the public and recreation open spaces for the community. Building bright step down towards the monuments, with the tallest buildings on the edge of the site and larger homes neighbouring he monument, flat in tall buildings to houses towards the inner edges adjoining the monument.

Existing buildings have been integrated and give new uses to provide community facilities. As well as public spaces open to the whole community semi-private courtyards provide recreation spaces for the private town houses and villas.
