YAPI KREDI BANK HQ : ISTANBUL, TURKEY

Yapi Kredi Banks HQ is a corporate building located in the central Istanbul, housing offices and executive banking operations with secure areas below ground.

The buildings contains a large atrium space, with panoramic views onto the city from within and also act as a window into the building.

This low-energy landmark building, which integrated technological innovations such as high performance facades and energy saving devices, was designed around a pure cubic geometry, and integrated a luxuriantly planted internal atrium garden and reflective pool courtyard.

The building was to house a range of accommodation consisting of 7,500 sqm of trading floors, general offices, executive banking functions and a cultural facility at ground level and car parking, servicing and secure areas below ground
